The health and safety of our patients and team is our highest priority. We are continuing to schedule by appointment only to allow for the thorough cleaning of surfaces between visits. We are limiting the number of people in the office at any given time, and we are following other suggested guidelines for safety and prevention to ensure a clean, stress-free environment for everyone.

If this crisis has showed us anything it’s how important it is to have a high level of durable baseline health and resilience—now more than ever!

Going Barefoot Is Good for the Sole

Most shoes add comfort at the expense of foot function.

Scientists are still in the process of discovering how the foot should work, and what wearing shoes means for balance, as well as what types of stress it forces on other joints in the body.


Leading Baby Food Manufacturers Knowingly Sold Products with High Levels of Toxic Metals, a Congressional Investigation Found

“Baby food ingredients in certain products contained up to 91 times the inorganic arsenic level, up to 177 times the lead level, up to 69 times the cadmium level, and up to five times the mercury level allowed in bottled water, the report said, yet the companies still approved those products for sale.

Whether the baby food was organic or not did not matter, the subcommittee found — levels of toxic metals were still high.”

According to the article, the FDA has known about this since 2019 and has done little to nothing about it…

…which begs the question, if it’s happening with baby food (!), what else is it happening with?!?

We are still here, still serving the community and helping people in this time of great stress and uncertainty. We are keeping the office extra clean & sanitized—wiping down all surfaces consistently as well as wiping down tables after every adjustment. We even have cleaning products in the rooms, if you feel more comfortable doing it yourself.
