1000 Hours Outside 2020 Challenge

Research has confirmed time and time again that what children are naturally and unabashedly drawn to, unrestricted outside play, contributes extensively to every area of childhood development. The importance here cannot be understated and yet we are losing much of childhood to screens, 1200 hours a year on average.

 

5 Healthy Habits to Adopt This Year

The problem with resolutions is that often we make multiple major and life-altering changes and expect them to happen overnight. Then, frustration hits and burnout results.

Don’t be heroic, be consistent.
